Sheila Bryant is an IT executive, management consultant and strategist known for her expertise in managing complex and diverse portfolios, programs and projects with more than 27 years of management and IT experience. Having worked on three continents, her experience includes managing small two and three person projects to multi-million dollar distributed initiatives with large teams of employees and consultants working internationally. She is recognized for being results-oriented and for her effective ability to engage not only with the C-Suite but all levels of an organization. She enjoys leading teams and mentoring/coaching others. As an entrepreneur and strategist, she can conceptualize a vision and help organizations develop practical roadmaps to achieve business objectives. Her depth of experience in information systems, includes experience is research and development of new technologies, information architecture, information security, business process optimization, application development, governance, quality assurance, testing, change management, communications and training development, technical writing and editing and more. Her experience spans a wide variety of industries including Energy/Utilities, Oil and Gas, Government, Insurance, Banking, and High-Tech. Sheila has been leading professional services organizations for the past 18 years and is a founding partner of C3 Associates/Acropont.
